Skills and experience:

• 4+ years of working experience in People Management
• Experience in IT industry is a plus, but not a must
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including retention tools, compensation practices, performance management, employee relations
• Knowledge and using of the best management practices/approaches
• Understanding of business priorities and performing based on them
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Expert level competency in Microsoft Office products, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Upper-intermediate level of English

• Leadership
• Understanding human psychology and habits around decisions and managing of relationships
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a quick moving

Обов’язки

Responsibilities:

• Working together with Management on matters related to employee performance, employee conduct and general employee relations issues
• Ensure employees’ compliance and efficiency with Company policies and procedures
• To analyze HR-related trends and metrics in order to develop solutions, programs, and policies
• Provide full scope of HR service including but not limited to: individual/team retention tools, compensation and benefits, motivation and performance
• Involvement in compensation review process
• Improvement of Performance review process, hold engagement surveys and performance appraisal process for the teams, recommend on compensation review
• Drive, influence, advice and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, structures, people processes and business improvement initiatives in order to improve business efficiency and people management allowing for planned growth
• Improve manager capabilities through coaching and implementation of management development programs and opportunities
• Developing and implementing new HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
