— Integration with multiple PSPs, eWallets, card processors, acquirers and software vendors;

Your role and impact: We’re currently looking for a dedicated Project Manager to lead one of our projects. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing the project, working closely with stakeholders to ensure all objectives are met. Your expertise will drive the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Your key responsibilities:
— Collaborate with stakeholders to define project expectations and secure necessary approvals.
— Develop integrated project plans focusing on achieving set goals.
— Manage project scope, cost, timelines, risks, quality, and communication.
— Outline key deliverables and milestones, identifying essential tasks for completion.
— Allocate resources effectively, including tools and team members.
— Establish and implement project goals and strategies.
— Use project management tools for tracking and maintaining project schedules.
— Delegate tasks ensuring optimal team performance and task completion.
— Coordinate team efforts, fostering collaboration and accountability.
— Resolve issues promptly, maintaining the dynamics of the project.
— Conduct regular meetings to discuss project progress and adjustments.
— Oversee quality control to uphold project standards.
— Adapt project plans as needed, ensuring agility and responsiveness.
— Ensure the completion of all project phases and activities.
— Manage the release and reallocation of project resources.
— Archive project documentation for future reference and learning.

Requirements & Skills:
— Proven experience in product companies (5+ years) as an Project
Manager in successfully delivering complex projects;
— Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices;
— Understanding of software development life cycle;
— Proficiency in project management software and tools;
— Hands-on experience in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
— Excellent communication and leadership skills;
— Problem-solving skills with a proactive and flexible mindset;
— Process optimization and change management experience;
— Experienced in motivating, guiding, coaching, and encouraging the engineering team;
— Establishing proper communication with the engineering team and CIO, CPO, CEO;
— Proficient in the English language.

Nice to have:
— Distributed or/and remote teams management;
— Technical or programming background/education;
— Certifications: PMI or other;
— Experience with domains: Fintech, E-commerce, Payments.
— Experience in SaaS projects;
