Requirements:
— Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (obtained or in the process of obtaining — final year acceptable).
— At least Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher (both written and spoken, including legal terminology).
— 1+ year of relevant legal experience (preferably in Corporate Law, Compliance, or AML/CTF).
— Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to details, and ability to handle complex legal issues independently.
— Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-changing work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
— Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
Responsibilities:
— Prepare professional responses to legal inquiries and assist internal departments with legal support.
— Conduct a thorough legal review to assess the validity, legality, and scope of incoming requests from law enforcement, judicial, and other government or regulatory bodies (particularly in relation to AML/CTF matters).
— Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather, verify, and analyze the information required to fulfill official requests accurately and completely.
— Conduct legal research across various fields of law and prepare analytical summaries and recommendations.
— Monitor and interpret relevant legislative and regulatory developments affecting company operations.
— Contribute to the improvement of internal policies, procedures, and templates to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Would be a plus:
— Previous experience in AML/Compliance.
— Understanding of corporate law, contract law, and compliance frameworks (AML/CTF).
