Requirements:

— Ukrainian С2 level
— English B2-C1 level
— 1-2 years of experience in KYB, KYC or Compliance roles, preferably in crypto, fintech or banking sectors
— Strong analytical and organisational skills
— Familiarity with corporate structures and legal documentation
— Basic understanding of applicable AML/CFT regulatory frameworks and industry practices across relevant jurisdictions
— High level of accuracy and attention to detail in performing due diligence checks and risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance.
— Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously
— Proficiency with Jira, Google Docks, Confluence, Slack
— Ability to identify and assess risks
— Apply a highly analytical mindset to assess KYB documentation and ensure accuracy
— Attention to detail, meticulousness, and a non-standard approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities:

— Perform CDD/EDD processes, including sanctions screening, PEP identification and adverse media checks
— Conduct AML Risk Assessments and prepare comprehensive documentation in line with jurisdictional expectations
— Identifying potential risks and escalating findings when necessary
— Accurate classification of business risk levels
— Comply with cybersecurity policies and standards
— Follow NDA and internal rules
— A systematic check of email, Slack
— Exact observance of the established terms
— Immediately inform the Lead about the non-standard situation
— Protecting the confidentiality of the workplace, information and means of access
— Participate in vocational training and testing
— Follow internal policies, requirements, etc, study documents and their strict protection
— Provide appropriate assistance in sharing knowledge with other employees
