We are looking for a Business Analyst!

Requirements:

— 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
— Experience in financial services, trading, or a crypto-related company.
— Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
— Strong experience with quantitative analysis, risk management, or algorithmic trading strategies.
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and develop effective solutions.
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proficiency to communicate complex ideas effectively.
— Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
— Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
— Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Technical Skills:
— Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
— Advanced Excel skills for modeling and data analysis.
— Knowledge of data visualization tools for reporting.
— Understanding of trading platforms, market data feeds, and financial APIs is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Strategy Optimization
— Collaborate within project team to develop high-quality software solutions
— Defining business needs and generate solutions
— Gathering and manage requirements from project stakeholders
— Processing and analysis of requests, needs and requirements
— Searching for ideas to improve the product
— Delivering tasks to a productive environment together with the team
— Develop and maintain project documentation including Use cases, SRS, DoD, Change register
— Preparation of technical specifications and task
— Analyze trading data to identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities for strategy improvement.
— Conduct quantitative analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of market-making algorithms and suggest adjustments.
2. Performance Monitoring
— Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate trading and liquidity management effectiveness.
— Create regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders, providing insights into trading performance and market conditions.
3. Market and Competitive Analysis
— Monitor crypto market trends, trading volumes, and competitor strategies to inform business decisions.
— Identify emerging opportunities and potential risks in the crypto ecosystem.
4. Risk Management and Compliance
— Analyze risk metrics and help implement measures to manage and mitigate exposure.
— Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal risk management policies.
