We are looking for a Business Development Manager
Requirements
— Experience in business development, preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency, or retail sectors;
— Strong negotiation skills, with experience in closing partnership agreements at the decision-maker level;
— Knowledge of the European market and an understanding of working with marketplaces and retailers;
— Ability to develop and implement business models and adapt them based on market dynamics;
— Proficiency in English (B2 or higher); knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
Responsibilities
— Identify new clients and partners across European and global markets, including marketplaces and physical retailers;
— Lead negotiations and close agreements with major B2B and B2C clients;
— Develop and implement business models to expand market presence and increase sales volumes;
— Promote crypto gift cards as a payment and gifting solution for a broad audience;
— Analyze and develop additional opportunities, such as balance top-ups for other platforms through codes;
— Continuously monitor market trends to quickly respond to changes and leverage new opportunities.
