We are looking for a Operations Officer!
Requirements:
— Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

— Experience leading projects to improve operations in dynamic environments like fintech or tech companies.
— Ability to analyze data and solve problems to make operations more efficient.
— Financial and operational knowledge to handle expense requests, salary reviews, and dispute resolution.
— Basic technical skills to troubleshoot and fix system-related issues.
— Strong communication skills to coordinate between teams and conduct 1:1 meetings.
— Great organizational and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Process Optimization:
— Identify and fix inefficiencies in how different teams work together.
— Streamline workflows, minimize errors, and speed up processes.
— Use data to find areas for improvement and make processes faster and more efficient.
2. Financial Oversight:
— Review and approve or reject financial expense requests.
— Manage salary review requests and job opening approvals.
— Handle disputes and chargebacks for financial transactions.
3. Technical Support:
— Fix technical issues in financial apps (e.g., database errors).
— Manage access to developer accounts (Google Play, Apple).
4. Human Resources Support:
— Conduct interviews and 1:1s with employees across functions.
— Review reports from 1:1s and provide feedback to improve team performance.
5. Operations Management:
— Coordinate communication between teams to resolve issues quickly.
— Manage ad hoc requests to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
— Help schedule and align meetings across teams when needed.
Would be a plus
— Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent experience).
