We are looking for a Mass Recruitment Specialist!

Requirements
— 1+ years of experience in mass recruitment of specialists;
— English B2 and above;
— Familiarity with recruiting for customer support or similar roles;
— Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to attract candidates through various channels;
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
— Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities;
— Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
— Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools;
— Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
— Manage the full recruitment life cycle for high-volume roles, with a focus on customer support positions;
— Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking;
— Conduct initial screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role;
— Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers;
— Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information;
— Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job advertisements;
— Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings;
— Provide timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process;
— Support the Talent Acquisition team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
