Internal Communications Manager

WhiteBIT is an international fintech company with more than 1000 professionals. As a cryptocurrency exchange, WhiteBIT aims to offer an intuitive user interface with a set of analytical tools for more than 3 million users. We work with cryptocurrency projects from around the world with one main goal — the mass introduction of blockchain technology.

We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager!

Language proficiency:
English — Upper-Intermediate (B2);
Ukrainian — Native;

Requirements:

— Must have at least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in a similar field;
— Experience in the development of internal communication systems;
— Experience in the creation and implementation of communications campaigns;
— Experience in preparing communication materials for the target audience;
— Experience in conducting analysis and drawing conclusions;
— Experience in developing internal projects from scratch;
— Experience negotiating with leaders.

Responsibilities:

— Manage the system of internal communication channels and propose options for further development/improvement;
— Create corporate communication materials (News digest, employee guides, C-level communications, etc.), including requests from other departments;
— Create, develop, and improve content plans for the Company’s locations;
— Create communications campaigns for internal projects;
— Create content analytics to make even more improvements;
— Take part in Employer brand projects.
