We are looking for a qualified Database administrator!

Requirements:

— Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on DBA experience using MySQL or Postgres SQL;
— Comprehensive experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL;
— Experience with High Availability solutions such as MySQL clusters;
— Experience with cloud technologies, specifically in AWS/GCP;
— Knowledge and experience in web information architecture, programming, and cloud migration;
— Working knowledge in Linux OS/macOS, scripting skills to automate DBA activities;
— Experience in maintaining databases in a cloud environment in MySQL;
— Experience with query performance tuning, data loads, backup and restore, and index tuning;
— Experience with Replication using native SQL replication;
— Experience working within Agile software development methodology;
— Strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

— Database optimization;
— Performance monitoring;
— Preparation of optimal queries for current tasks;

Would be a plus:

— Experience in fintech;
— Work experience with NoSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch.
