We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer!

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven CMO experience;
• Strong background in managing large marketing teams (50+ specialists);
• Track record of successful partnership collaborations with successful proven cases;
• Demonstrated expertise in promoting marketing companies in the international market;
• Experience in building marketing departments from the ground up;
• Flexibility, exceptional organization, and a proactive mindset;
• Proficiency in English (C1 level).

Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute the company’s marketing strategy;
• Drive overall company growth through strategic marketing planning, implementation, and management;
• Lead and manage the marketing department, including goal setting, employee KPI evaluation, and performance oversight;
• Devise, plan, and execute highly effective marketing campaigns;
• Develop comprehensive strategies and detailed plans across all marketing areas to align with our company’s strategic objectives;
• Analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges;
• Monitor and optimize various channels (SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SMM, email campaigns, offline promotions, etc.), leveraging tools like Google Analytics;
• Efficiently plan and manage the marketing budget;
• Document internal business processes and ensure their execution within the marketing and advertising department, including decision-making, material approvals, workflow processes, and deadlines;
• Prepare insightful reports evaluating the effectiveness of implemented marketing programs.

Would be a plus :

— Previous experience in the fintech industry;
— Experience in the crypto domain;
— Knowledge of foreign languages.
