We are looking for — Customer support representative!
* English B2 level (speaking and writing)
* Quick studying, to be ready to work with a big amount of data
* Desire to grow in cryptocurrency knowledge
Would be a plus:
* Knowledge of Chinese language
* Experience in client support position
* Cryptocurrency area knowledge (even on the basic user level)
* Assisting clients with any product related questions
* Closing tickets in one touch
Please pay attention to this position requires shift work!
You’ll have the first two weeks for project study (10 AM — 6 PM).
