We are currently seeking a talented Digital Marketing Senior to join our team and help drive our marketing efforts to combine with the product success.
Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Senior in our gaming company, you will be responsible for planning, leading and executing the marketing strategies, including budget allocation, platform and media source prioritization, creative strategy etc. You will be responsible as well for the marketing analytic, provide thoughtful insights of the performed marketing and allow analytic based further decisions.
For that extent, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the product analytic team, product management, creative and others.
You will be reporting directly to the company top executive.
Your expertise in digital marketing, gaming industry knowledge, and analytical skills will be key in driving our user acquisition and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company goals and targets, driving player acquisition.
Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, influencer marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO/ASO.
User Acquisition: Drive player acquisition through effective performance marketing campaigns, partnerships, and user acquisition channels, maximizing ROAS.
Analytics and Insights: Utilize data analytics tools and perform deep analysis to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Competitive Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors’ activities, and emerging marketing opportunities to identify potential areas of growth and innovation.
Budget Management: to establish and manage digital marketing budgets, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including game analytic and development, product management and creative to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall company goals and product launches.
