Currently, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative who will help the company to generate new sales opportunities for Account Executives and partner with them to move prospective accounts through the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
— creating a new sales opportunities using highly personalized outbound approach;
— research, and evaluate new sales sources and channels;
— making researches and finding priority leads through ICP;
— writing custom messages for the outreach using various channels and sorts of personalized content;
— communicating with contacts, MQL-SQL qualification;
— organizing first sales meetings;
participating in sales pipeline planning.
So we would like you to have:
— proactive mindset;
— English: Advanced;
— SDR/IT Sales Specialist experience 6 months (IT outsourcing/outstaffing);
— understanding and applying all stages of the sales cycle;
— experience with personalized outbound;
— experience with CRM software and automation tools;
— ability to identify clients’ pain points and come up with effective solutions;
— excellent communication and negotiation skills;
— creative thinking.
