We would like you to have:
— 6+ months of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or in-house;
— Knowledge of direct search/headhunting techniques and recruiting/sourcing tools;
— Excellent skills of communication, presentation, and negotiations;
— Good understanding of the IT job market and familiarity with technical terminology;
— Experience in conducting interviews;
— Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings);
— Experience in recruiting a wide variety of roles in IT;
— Ability to handle multitasking effectively;
— Upper-intermediate level of English — both verbal and written.
