Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a Recruiter (Marketing & Sales) to focus exclusively on hiring for our commercial department. This role is ideal for someone with a strong network in the sales and marketing space, who may have limited experience in recruitment but is eager to grow in the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for sales and marketing positions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline of sales and marketing professionals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements.
  • Proactively source candidates through networking, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes.
  • Support employer branding efforts to attract top commercial talent.
  • Provide insights on hiring trends and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Assist with onboarding and ensuring a smooth integration of new hires.


    Requirements:

  • Some experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (preferred but not required).
  • Strong network within the sales and marketing community.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-driven approach to sourcing talent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • English proficiency (B2+).
