WeSoftYou, our parent company and incubator, is a global venture studio specializing in scaling SaaS products. BeforeCode.ai is their flagship product, supported by a dedicated team and an early pipeline of potential customers.

The Role:

As the Founding Product Manager, you will function as the CEO of BeforeCode.ai, owning the product lifecycle from refining our MVP to achieving product-market fit and scaling. This entrepreneurial role combines strategic product leadership with a hands-on approach to sales, customer development, and team building.

You’ll have full autonomy to define the roadmap, build a high-performing team, and drive growth while sharing in the company’s success through a significant equity stake.

👉Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy:

• Own and refine the roadmap for our AI-powered platform.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure alignment with market demands.
• Translate high-level goals into actionable user stories and backlog items.

Customer Development:

• Conduct customer interviews to identify needs and validate product features.
• Manage relationships with early adopters, gathering feedback for continuous iteration.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales funnel.

Go-to-Market Execution:

• Define and execute pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies.
• Drive early sales efforts, including lead generation, demos, and closing deals.
• Forge strategic partnerships to expand distribution channels.

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team as the product scales.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and key performance metrics.

Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate progress and decisions to WeSoftYou’s leadership and stakeholders.
• Advocate for BeforeCode.ai within internal and external networks.

Data-Driven Optimization:

• Define and monitor KPIs for product usage, sales, and business outcomes.
• Use analytics to inform decision-making and iterate on product features.

👉What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Expertise:

• 4+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with AI/ML products and technical understanding is a strong advantage.

Entrepreneurial Mindset:

• Proven experience in a startup or founding role.
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty, pivoting when needed, and driving traction.

Sales & Customer Development Skills:

• Experience setting up sales pipelines and leading customer discovery.
• Confidence in building relationships with mid-sized to enterprise customers.

Leadership & Communication:

• Demonstrated ability to build and manage diverse teams.
• Strong communication skills to inspire internal teams and engage external stakeholders.

Analytical & Data-Driven Approach:

• Proficiency in analytics tools, A/B testing, and optimizing product features based on insights.
