WeSoftYou is looking for a BusDev Manager who will be working on sales activities to meet company revenue targets. You will also be working on designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base, whilst strongly collaborating with the Lead Gen and RFX teams.
👉Responsibilities:
— Set meetings and generate a pipeline for the sales team;
— Using Social Selling techniques to expand the network and open up new opportunities;
— Nurture cold leads into MQLs;
— Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Pipedrive;
— Exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs);
— Handle all incoming replies;
— Perform MQL lead qualification;
— Assign calls with primarily qualified leads;
— Transfer qualified leads to Account Executive according to the established process;
— Grow leads without a formed need (the permanent process of follow-ups for all contacts);
— Lead and curate the Pipeline in CRM before transferring the lead to Account Executive.
👉Requirements:
— Clear written and verbal communication skills;
— English level — Advanced;
— Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
— Strong organizational and time management skills;
— General understanding of web/software development processes;
— Ability to create sales email sequences;
— Experience abroad, participation in student leadership programs etc.
👉Nice to have:
— IT sales experience;
— Experience in cooperation with the USА market will be an advantage;
— Experience working with CRM;
— Experience working with Upwork and related platforms.
