We a looking for a competent and talented Project Manager who will perform managerial activities to drive the project to the result.

Job Requirements:

👉 Required Background & Competencies:

  • 2.5+ years of commercial experience as an IT Project Manager;
  • Hands-on experience with Start-up projects (teams of 10+ people);
  • Experience in delivering software products in the US or EU markets;
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile principles;
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
  • Superior project and team management skills;
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills;
  • Budget management experience;
  • Strong Risk management skills;
  • Experience in hiring people and onboarding people;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills;
  • Being proactive, well-structured, and attentive to details;
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.

🎯 KPIs that will be tracked:

  • Net Promoter Score;
  • Employee Satisfaction rate;
  • Turnover rate;
  • Revenue and Cost forecast;
  • GPM.

🚀 We expect you to perform such Responsibilities:

  • Being fully responsible for delivering quality and service level measurement, the financial performance of 1-2 projects;
  • Manage scope, timelines, and budget of the project;
  • Manage Stakeholders’ expectations; Manage changes;
  • Be involved in the day-to-day release and production activities.
  • Establish and execute clear communications across all team members and stakeholders;
  • Ensure that the Scrum teams work within Scrum theory, practices, and rules;
  • Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed;
  • Consistently deliver high-quality customer service;
  • Manage project documentation & maintain related knowledge base;
  • Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress;
  • Coach teams in self-organization and cross-functionality;
  • Conduct performance evaluation of project team members, and provide employee performance feedback to department heads;
  • Team staffing, hiring, attrition control.
