We’re looking for a person to work in a team of our US-based partner Living Security. The ideal candidate is a fast learner and has impeccable attention to detail. Data entry is the bulk of this position with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once while working cross-departmentally. The role functions independently of the rest of the Content Department and requires clear communication skills to provide progress updates and raise awareness of roadblocks. The ability to work autonomously and independently without direct instruction is vital.
Responsibilities:
- Platform data entry and content tagging efforts (e.g. by category, concept, etc).
- Continuous detail-oriented data entry.
- Authoring and scaffolding using CMS tools.
- Communicate progress and roadblocks while advancing concurrent projects.
- Take ownership of project execution to meet timelines and drive our platform forward.
- Oversee the administration of our Learning Management System and implement, manage and modify software utilization based on changing business requirements.
- Submit content for translation and localization, implementing on the platform upon return.
- Conduct quality assurance of products to pinpoint and resolve bugs and software defects.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of content implementation/data entry experience.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently without direct instruction and delivering on deadlines.
- Precision in repetitive data entry.
- Ability to learn fast on new platforms and technologies for content management;
- Ability to prioritize among competing opportunities and articulate decisions and tradeoffs.
- Desire to create efficiencies in facilitating content fulfillment.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with JSON files and CMS Tools.
- Experience with learning management software (LMS) and SCORM (1.2, storyline, Articulate).
- Instructional design experience using instructional systems design models and methodologies, designing for different authoring tools, and demonstrated understanding of learning management systems integration.
- Experience with security awareness topics and B2B SaaS.
