As a Junior Sales Development Representative, you will function in various roles and adjust your focus depending on the situation. You thrive in a fast-paced team environment while handling daily tasks to address customers’ needs and concerns while delivering superior customer service.
Requirements:
- Up to 1 year of IT sales experience, preferably LeadGen or SDR. We also consider candidates with 0 commercial;
- Advanced or close-to-advanced English;
- Experience working with the CRM;
- A sound, practical understanding of business development principles;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, Zoom);
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly;
- Self-starter and able to work independently;
- Team player.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify and develop business opportunities with prospective client practices/networks;
- Growing the lead base on Upwork (communication, negotiations, etc.);
- Assist in closing prospective client practice/network opportunities;
- Generate new business opportunities;
- Generate weekly reports.
