— Create, maintain, support, and implement HR processes/policies into the daily activities of our employees.
— Provide the full cycle of HR service (excluding recruitment) to the teams including onboarding, training & development plans, performance reviews & 360 assessment, people management, monthly payroll, conflict solving, engagement & retention, dismissal.
— Implement and support monitoring of employees’ satisfaction rate.
— Monitor critical issues in people management of client’s teams and come up with reasonable solutions and your ideas for changes.
— Facilitate an ongoing dialogue, invite their input and feedback, conduct surveys, analyze feedback from various sources, and support implement actions that can enhance employee engagement and retention.
— Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, structures, people processes, and business improvement initiatives in order to improve business efficiency and people management allowing for planned growth.
