— Minimum 2 years of IT recruitment experience in an IT company or IT recruitment agency (must have)
— Intermediate English language proficiency
— Knowledge of different recruitment and HR practices
— Strong interpersonal, networking, negotiation and communication skills
— Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision
— Experience in any other functions of HR is an advantage (i.e Training & Development, Performance Management, Employee relations, C&B).
— Interest to grow in Human Resources and finally become the Head of HR

Our priority long-term project for now is a special software platform which is able to control and manage huge set of PCs with big amount installed software.
