About the role:
To strengthen the current team, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Partnership and Sales Lead, who’s interested in esports or is ready to deep dive into the fast-growing industry and figure out how it works.
If you are truly an expert in finding partners/clients and establishing long-term relationships with them, ready to share expertise with the team, strengthen it locally and form teams in other regions around the world — it will be a perfect match.
— Forming and handling of Sales Strategy for RU and ENG speaking markets;
— Communication with current B2B partners;
— Development of contacts and new business partnerships;
— Controlling over the implementation of the sales plan and KPI;
— Preparing and control of partner’s proposals for sending;
— Development and presentation of integration’s campaigns (proposals).
HARD SKILLS needed for this role:
— At least 3 years of successful experience in B2B digital;
— 2 years in the lead position and experience in forming a team;
— Great knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and work experience in any CRM;
— Experience in forming and handling Sales Strategy for RU and ENG speaking markets;
— Good understanding of development and presentation of integration’s campaigns (proposals);
— English and Russian — fluent written and spoken communication skills are the musts;
— Strong communication, analytical, and research skills;
— Desire to learn, develop and ask a lot of questions
Will be a plus:
— Experience with metrics such as ACCV, Viewers, Impressions, Displays, Views.
