DashFight is an all-in-one fighting game hub that contains the most recent and complete information about four popular fighting disciplines: Street Fighter V, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Tekken 7, and Mortal Kombat 11. Since 2020, DashFight helps fighters focus on upgrading their fighting skills, get fun, and useful information. We have created a unique infrastructure with pro-tips, VODs, character guides, tournament schedules, world rankings, and everything else desired by FGC to aid players on their path.

About the role:

As a QA Engineer (Mobile), you will be a part of a dedicated team of DashFight. Your role will be to test the existing mobile Apps, working alongside the product development and design teams. The product is quite new so actually, this role allows you to bring new solutions to life and build something unique. For this role, we also accept candidates that would like to work fully remote.

Shortly about the team:

As of now the team consists of: Product Manager, BA, two Product Designers, Product Copywriter, two JS Developers, HTML coder, two QA’s, Android Developer, iOS Developer, Python Developer and a Team Lead.

Responsibilities will include:

— Collaboratively work as part of a product team to create and test our mobile Apps (iOS and Android);
— Manage and create test cases and execution paths based on product requirements.
— Evaluate Apps functionality using manual testing methods.
— Document and prioritize defects and bugs and work with the team to resolve issues.
— Define, develop, and revise quality standards and comprehensive testing procedures for software evaluation.
— Proactively identify and communicate project and testing risks.

As possible responsibilities in the future and points for your professional growth:

— Support and be involved in the Front end part of the platform in collaboration with the current QA.
— Support and be involved in the Back end with the current QA.

Required skill set:

— 2+ years of experience as a QA.
— Test documentation development.
— Proactive working on optimizing and expanding test coverage.
— Strong experience of manual functional testing.
— Solid understanding of mobile technologies and applications.

Would be a plus:

— Experience with CI tools like Jenkins or TeamCity.
