Our project is an all-in-one fighting game hub that contains the most recent and complete information about four popular fighting disciplines: Street Fighter V, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and Tekken 7.
We have created a unique infrastructure with pro-tips, VODs, character guides, tournament schedules, world rankings, and everything else desired by FGC to aid players on their path.
The mission of our project is to empower the fighting community, popularize fighting games, and offer their fans a unique experience.
About the role:
Now we are looking for a Community Relations Manager to join our team.
— Own and manage Community and Public Relations function;
— Plan, develop, implement and manage public relations programs and strategies;
— Develop proactive media relations;
— Building strong relations with community talents and leaders;
— Analyze Community demand;
— Track news and media releases through analytical software;
— Create and develop an online press office;
— Organize and regular update the media list;
— Create news and media releases as required;
— Deliver news to relevant groups and other communities;
— Prepare and timely responses to media inquiries;
— Design and review the online content in media announcements and media kits;
— Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it complies with company brand;
— Measure and provide reports on each provided campaign;
— Build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders, such as tournament organizers, teams and players, esports media resources, etc.;
— 2+ years of experience in the PR or Community Relations field;
— Work with products on EU or/and US markets;
— BSc/BA in PR, communications, journalism, or similar relevant field;
— A proven track record of successful PR/Community campaigns;
— Excellent spoken and written English;
— Ability to travel for business purposes;
— Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
— Able to suggest solutions and ways forward when escalating questions;
— Ability to prioritize tasks and have excellent time management skills;
— Knowledge of the PR metrics;
— Experience in International Media Relations (esports and IT media would be a plus).
Would be a plus:
— Communication strategy knowledge is an advantage;
— Working with esports and IT-related media products;
— Background working in a cross-functional product team;
— Experience working with tight deadlines.
