— Controlling and being responsible for accounting and reporting for foreign companies (USA, Hong Kong, Cyprus, Brazil, China);
— Managing accountants for foreign entities;
— Participating in the optimization of the accounting methodology for foreign companies;
— Developing of internal instructions regarding the requirements of local legislation on business transactions of foreign companies;
— Participating in the contracting process;
— Cooperating with the local offices (primarily that is in the USA);
— Participating in the approving process of payment requests for non-resident companies;
— Communicating and collaborating with local consultants (including tracking changes) regarding issues related to accounting and reporting for foreign entities.
— Higher degree in Economics / Finance;
— At least two years of experience in a similar position;
— Good knowledge of accounting and reporting according with the requirements of the relevant jurisdictions (USA — mandatory; Hong Kong, Cyprus, Brazil, China — will be an advantage);
— Experience in team management;
— Experience in the process of optimizing of accounting methodology including writing internal policies;
— Experience in preparing data and communicating with CPA in process of tax reporting in the United States (at least 1 full cycle);
— Confident user of Quickbooks, 1C, MS Excel;
— At least Upper Intermediate level of English;
— Knowledge and ability to apply IFRS, GAAP will be a plus.
