About the role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to our Events team.
Events is one of the main product of the WePlay ecosystem, which deals with broadcasting of our own tournaments on the web. The goal of the product is to create and constantly increase the viewer (fan) base that will constantly watch WePlay Esports using our platform and the built-in Twitch extension.

The team is created and exist for a while, so you might ask, who is the team? The team of friends that make esports the same sport as any other. We joke a lot and work even harder, because we enjoy what we see as a result. From a Product Marketing Manager we expect to have the same attitude.

Responsibilities:
— developing and executing WePlay events marketing strategy;
— performing market research to understand trends and growth opportunities;
— owning and manage marketing planning and budgeting;
— collaborating with marketing team and shared teams to execute marketing campaigns and product/features launches;
— collaborating with second PMM pilot and manage all marketing objectives with them;
— measuring and optimize the customer journey;
— collaborating with multiple stakeholders and teams to provide marketing and product goals.

Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in product marketing;
— experience in effective planning, delivering and measuring marketing campaigns;
— deep understanding how marketing channels works (SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Affiliates, Content Marketing);
— experience in validating product hypothesis, A/B testing;
— experience in esport marketing;
— Upper-intermediate (or higher) level of English.
