We improve our expertise in the field of international brands’ integration in esports. We create conditions for constructive dialogue between business and active, passionate audience of players and fans.

Now we’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join WePlay Esports and take part in the product development of our new mobile product with our awesome team.

Our product — it’s a Tournament Platform for the most popular fighting games right now. We are helping our users to become more efficient in their way to become a pro Fighter. Our main market is the USA.

Your responsibilities:
— working with a wireframe, flowchart, prototype, and creating hi-fidelity designs;
— delivering high-quality, polished, delightful, and easy to use designs;
— conducting user research with a product manager and defining main user segments, pain points, and needs;
— creating design documentation for the development team;
— addressing both product and business goals problems through a user-centric design approach;
— shipping, measuring and improving your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback;
— validating of product hypothesis in different ways;
— collecting user feedbacks on your designs early, iterating and shipping.

Main requirements:
— 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer;
— experience in building and shipping products;
— deep knowledge of HIG / Material design guidelines;
— strong visual portfolio with real products;
— experience of working closely with software engineers and a basic understanding of how things are built;
— English on a good conversation level to conduct user interviews with USA users;
— good point if you are always starting from the problem and not from the solution;
— experience in Mobile design would be a plus.
