Responsibilities:
— Performance review organizing/moderation
— Communication with teams on HR regulations/processes coordination
— Compensation review
— Handling employee/managerial issues
— Employee adaptation support/onboardings
— Work with Bamboo, Lattice
— Work on policies/ procedures/regulation
— Identifying training needs to monitor training programs
— Provide decision support to the team
— Promoting Company values and HR Brand
— Offboarding
Hard and soft skills:
— 3+ years of proven successful experience in the dynamically growing technological companies (preferably IT)
— Strong awareness of the modern practices of HR management (training, performance review, compensation, rewards and recognition, and benefits)
— Proven experiences of writing/implementing policies/processes/regulations
— Proven experience of launching HR project from scratch (values/culture/performance review etc)
— Strong knowledge of HR metrics/analytics
— Strong communications/negotiation skills and problem-solving approach
— Strong knowledge of different feedback types
— The goal-oriented approach in work
— Attentiveness to details
— Eager to develop and open to new ideas in work
— Upper-intermediate English
— Work with Bamboo will be a plus
