About The Role:
As an SMM Manager, you will be a part of a new dedicated team of WePlay! Esports — DashFight. If shortly, DashFight is the world’s first portal with the most complete information on the three most popular esports fighting disciplines (Tekken, Street Fighter and Smash Bros.) and more to come.

WePlay! Esports is an esportainment company, a part of TECHIIA holding, that combines esports, storytelling and entertainment content. We want to surprise and entertain every esports fan and attract new ones. We have been organizing esports online tournaments and LAN finals for professional teams of tier-1, tier-2 levels since 2012. We broadcast for millions of viewers from our studio to Twitch channel and other streaming platforms. Also, we have developed our own WePlay! Esports online media and tournament platform.
develop, implement and manage our social media strategy;define the most important social media KPIs;manage and oversee social media content;measure the success of every social media campaign;stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies;work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing;collaborate with marketing, PR and product development teams;communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
2+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role;BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field;Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness;excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram and other social media best practices;good understanding of social media KPIs;English — upper-intermediate.
work with products on US markets or/and EU;social media strategy knowledge is an advantage; understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics;experience with doing audience and user/customer persona research is an advantage too;familiarity with web design and publishing;background working in a cross-functional product team;experience working with tight deadlines.
