— 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment;

— Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques ( e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search);
— Understanding of technologies, languages, frameworks enough for the recruitment process;
— Excellent communication, organization, follow-up and time management skills;
— English level — Intermediate+.
