Product Manual QA (hourly, freelance)

We are looking for a product-oriented QA specialist to join 2 of our client projects. Plus, to support us when new projects are onboarded.

The 2 projects you will be working on:

1. An AI-powered practice management platform for accounting firms. We’ve been working on the app for several years now and recently made a pivot. We’ve just launched our new website, started to conduct first demos, and onboarded the first external firms. Currently, we have one firm actively using the app and reporting feedback and bugs. We have good product and technical documentation for this project. You will be working with a Product Owner, a UI/UX Designer, and 2 Developers. Your responsibilities will include anomaly detection, bug reporting, manual testing, feedback gathering, communication with users in the Zoom chat, and more.

2. A new AI SaaS platform where the MVP was just launched. We are currently in the process of refining the MVP and delivering Phase 2 of the project. This is a lead qualification platform. You will be working with 2 Bubble Developers, a UI/UX Designer, and a Product Owner. You will be testing manually, reporting bugs, and contributing to product ideas/hypotheses generation.

3. We have recently launched a new offering, Bubble App Audit. This is a comprehensive analysis of existing Bubble apps to prevent their failure. It includes a list of critical bug reports, which you will be preparing for the audit. We may also onboard new projects and may require your help.

Required Skills:

— AI-native mindset; hands-on with AI tools or agents for testing.

— Familiarity with no-code tools and the ability to learn Bubble rapidly.

— Organized, structured approach to Google Sheets & Notion.

— Clear, well-structured writing for emails, docs, and test reports.

— Working knowledge of SaaS, CRMs, and general tech jargon.

— Comfort with: Notion, Google Sheets, Figma, Bubble, MongoDB, Swagger, Asana, Slack, ChatGPT o3, Gemini 2.5 Pro, Jira, Confluence, Postman, Airtable, Xano, QuickBooks, PromptLayer.

Terms:

This is a part-time freelance position with hourly payment. Our budget is around $7—$12 per hour, depending on the candidate. We are looking for someone who can dedicate at least 25 hours per week.
