Technical Coordinator / IT Operations Assistant (вакансія неактивна)

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join our team.

Requirements:

—Technical background (understanding of IT infrastructure, dev tools, and strong grasp of information security principles).
—Upper-Intermediate English level (spoken and written).
—Preferred: experience in IT operations, DevOps, technical support, or administrative coordination of technical teams.
—Experience with configuring Linux/Windows servers and installing applications.
—Basic administration experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, and Atlassian.
—Strong soft skills: responsibility, communication, independence.
—Ability to operate under uncertainty and make decisions independently.

Responsibilities:

—Provide technical and administrative support to other departments.
—Monitor requests and incidents related to IT department interactions with other teams.
—Set up and maintain work environments for employees.
—Manage and issue access credentials (after a probation period and trust is established).
—Work during “gray zones” — nighttime, weekends, and during key staff absences or vacations.
