About the Company
We are an international FinTech company providing cutting-edge solutions in the online trading industry. Our team is data-driven and product-focused, working on scalable systems that support global operations. We are looking for a Data Analyst (Power BI & A/B Testing) to help us make smarter business decisions, optimize performance, and bring actionable insights through data analysis and experimentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Power BI Desktop
• Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), ETL processes, data modeling, data visualization, and SQL is essential.
• Strong understanding of PowerQuery and data transformation techniques
• Ability to manage and analyze large datasets from diverse sources
• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimental design
• Knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and data analysis principles
• Experience with Python or R is a strong advantage
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and good communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and visualize data using Power BI (Desktop version)
• Conduct A/B tests and interpret results to support decision-making
• Work with large and complex datasets from multiple sources
• Build insightful dashboards and reports to communicate findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, engineering) to identify business opportunities through data

Would be a plus:

Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience working in a product-driven or digital environment.
