But we do not stop on this, we continue strengthening our team and are looking for Senior Tech Recruiter — an amazing person who will develop Welltech with us. • Continuous progress. In the team of recruiters, we share everything we know, come up with tricks, hone our skills and speak openly if help is needed: one head is good, but a collective mind is better! We regularly hold Recruitment Talks and discuss the best practices of our profession.
• Partnership with managers. Each vacancy is a separate project where the smallest detail is important. The whole process is supported by our Hiring Managers, who are involved and interested in effective recruitment.
• ATS system. BreezyHR — saves time, collects analytics and makes it easy to move through the recruitment process with candidates.
• Tools. Freedom in choosing the right tools: we use Ln Recruiter Lite, DOU, Djinni, Turbohiring, Telegram, we love non-trivial solutions and go offline (yes, it works!), we systematically test new approaches.
Challenges you’ll meet:
• Full-cycle recruitment. Recruiters is full-fledged process leaders who are responsible for each stage and the final result — they are equally involved in both sourcing and candidate evaluation.
• Building high-quality interaction with managers in the process of selection and assistance in making effective decisions related to the team formation.
• Participation in projects aimed at improving the recruitment process efficiency.
Your professional qualities:
• 4+ years of xperience in full-cycle tech recruitment
• Proficiency in assessment tools
• Knowing various channels and tools for finding specialists, experience in finding “cold” candidates and using non-trivial approaches.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate and represent the product and the team in the market in a quality manner.
