Webxloo is an international company with R&D offices in Ukraine, specializing in the development of IT products for the automotive industry. We are currently expanding our sales team for new marketing projects. This is a long term project with growing tend.
You will be responsible for communicating with customers and finding new ones by using specific outbound calling activities. The successful candidate MUST have a Fluent English (both spoken and written), good communication and persuasion skills.
— Create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services
— Update and maintain all customer records and ensure continuous improvement of the CRM Database
— Perform competitor research and work with statistics and data analysis
— Maintain working knowledge of all products, services, and promotions
— Follow up with customers by phone or email to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems
— Cold calls, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities
— Handling customers as well as identifying and resolving their concerns
— Increase customer base
— Resolve customer concerns and questions by phone
— Capture all details of customer, call log and sales transaction accurately onto the system
— Inform customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts
Experience and skills needed
— Must be fluent in comprehension, reading and writing English. Other languages will be a plus
— Experience in working with CRMs
— Professional phone etiquette, good phone and communication skills, clear speaking and confident voice
— Good conflict resolution and stress management skills
— Copywriting or journalistic experience
— Experience in business development
— Any experience related to the sale of IT solutions and lead generation
— Lead conversion experience
— Ability to work from 09:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. (lunch break from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.)
Will be a plus
— Previous experience in Marketing, Email Marketing, CRM systems, Telemarketing and Sales.
— Skills using appropriate computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
— Experience in selling software development projects in outsourcing companies
— Full-time job (Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm) remotely or in office.
