Webxloo is an international IT company with R&D offices in Ukraine. Our software solutions help to increase efficiency by automating processes and streamlining operations.
We are currently expanding our business development team and Xloo is our new outsourcing direction. We’d like you to be a part of this project.
The successful candidate has strong communication and persuasion skills and is able to adapt and work in a rapidly changing environment
— Participating in strategy construction to provide the company with new customers
— Researching prospects to identify new leads and projects
— Searching for new resources to land customers
— Creating and expanding the sales funnel
— Dealing with Upwork, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate leads
— Follow up with customers by phone and email
— Participating in creating email campaigns
— Develop strong relationships with prospects and clients
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED
— English level is advanced and higher
— Experience in business development
— Experience related to selling IT solutions
— Experience in lead generation
— Leads conversion
— Strong communication and persuasion skills
— Strong follow-up skills
WILL BE A HUGE PLUS
— Previous experience in selling software development projects in outsourcing companies.
— Full-time job (Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. till 06:00 p.m.), remotely or in-office (DP, ZP).
