Sales Specialist

Webxloo is an international company with R&D offices in Ukraine, specializing in the development of IT products for the automotive industry. We are currently expanding our sales team for new outsourcing projects. This is a long term project with growing tend.
The successful candidate MUST have Fluent English (both spoken and written), good communication and persuasion skills.

— Create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services
— Update and maintain all customer records and ensure continuous improvement of the CRM Database
— Perform competitor research and work with statistics and data analysis
— Maintain working knowledge of all products, services, and promotions
— Follow up with customers by phone or email to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems
— Handling customers as well as identifying and resolving their concerns
— Increase customer base
— Resolve customer concerns and questions by phone

— Must be fluent in comprehension, reading and writing English. Other languages will be a plus
— Experience in working with CRMs
— Professional phone etiquette, good phone and communication skills, clear speaking and confident voice
— Good conflict resolution and stress management skills
— Able to work efficiently under minimum supervision, result-oriented mindset
— Strong computer user skills
— Ability to work from 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. (lunch break is from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.)

— Previous experience in selling software development projects in outsource companies.

— Full-time job (Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. till 06:00 p.m.) remotely or in office.
