• Experience as a Project manager or/and Product manager at least 2 years;
• Experience in managing teams of small/mid-size (2-15 people);
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate level);
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies;
• Experience with bug tracking system (preferably with JIRA);
• Effective and efficient resources planning;

• Understanding fundamentals of software development processes and procedures;
