The Development Manager leads and supports the software development team and sets high standards for achieving all technical goals for WebCreek projects. This role is responsible for envisioning and applying overall operations as they relate to software development by managing the following project-related functions and organizing, and assessing work for the following roles:
Technical Lead
Software Engineers, all levels and skill sets
This requires being well versed in and ensuring the highest quality products based in the following systems:
Android
Java
Unity
Node JS
.NET
IOS
SQL Server
Oracle
Other systems, as needed

The Development Manager may be assigned the role of Technical Lead in various projects, which means attending client meetings, designing the project architecture, assessing the technical viability of solutions, and attending to other tech lead responsibilities as they arise.
The Development Manager reports to the General Manager and works across the organization to understand data analysis and implement solutions to complete all client and internal projects as they arise.
This role should be able to attract, develop and retain a highly-qualified and engaged software development team and is the final approver for all things coming out of this team. This includes:
Ensuring all software development team members have all the resources they need
Auditing time dedicated to each project
Ensuring productivity of team members
Contributing to a comfortable and efficient work environment
Training and developing team members as needed
Code reviews
