Web-Source Technology, an innovative and rapidly growing company, is looking for a Customer Support Officer. Since our user base covers such top ranked countries in North & South America, Europe, Asia and Australia, the correspondence with the customers is conducted in English only.
We work 24/7 on the shift basis — 12 hours in each shift. This position is needed to work on a two day on two day off shift basis, starting at 8am until 8pm (Day shift) and 8pm until 8am (Night shift). The shift schedule is quite flexible.

Responsibilities:
‣ Handling customers’ requests via e-tickets and chat system only (no calls)
‣ Manage customers’ accounts via CRM
‣ Internal system life checks
Requirements:
‣ Customer service orientation and high ethical standards
‣ Excellent communication and presentation skills
‣ Intermediate level of English is a must
‣ Technical background (QA courses — an advantage)
‣ Availability to work on both — Day and Night shifts
