Automation QA Engineer (вакансія неактивна)

We are now looking for a strong Automation QA Engineer to help us build test automation from scratch and establish a scalable quality engineering foundation across the product.

About the Role

This is a greenfield automation role. There is currently no existing test automation in place. You will be responsible for designing, building, and evolving the automation framework and integrating it into the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an end-to-end test automation framework from scratch
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites focused on smoke and sanity coverage as a priority, followed by scalable regression testing
• Define automation strategy and best practices for the QA team
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure stable execution
• Work closely with manual QA engineers to align testing approaches
• Collaborate with developers to improve testability and system quality
• Contribute to improving overall QA processes in a fast-growing product environment

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software test automation
• Strong experience with TypeScript, Python or related test automation
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress or other frameworks
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles
• As a plus Practical experience working with CI/CD pipelines (ability to run, debug, and configure pipelines)
• Understanding of API testing and modern web application architectures
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Intermediate English or higher

Nice to Have

• Python experience for test automation or tooling
• Experience working with complex distributed systems
• Exposure to AI/LLM-based products
