We’re looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer with strong Python and React skills to join a team focused on building advanced document processing and data extraction solutions for the insurance domain. This role involves working on a web application that uses large language models to parse complex documents, extract structured information, and provide a seamless user interface for interacting with this data.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and improve frontend components using Next.js to create user-friendly and responsive interfaces
• Build and maintain backend services with Python, using Flask API and Pony ORM for data processing and storage
• Work with PostgreSQL database, including serverless solutions like Neon
• Integrate real-time communication features using Ably to keep users updated
• Collaborate closely with ML developers and QA, participating in daily stand-ups and sprint meetings
• Implement features for extracting and organizing data from insurance-related documents such as policies and commission statements

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience with Python backend development (Flask API, ORM usage)
• Solid frontend skills with React
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL
• Experience with real-time communication tools such as Ably
• Comfortable working in a small, agile team environment
• Good communication skills and intermediate English proficiency
• At least 4 years of commercial experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with large language models and AI-powered data extraction
• Knowledge of enterprise system integrations, especially in insurance or healthcare
• Understanding of document parsing and structured data workflows
• Interest in automating complex business processes and improving data accuracy
