Full Stack Developer (React/.NET) (вакансія неактивна)

We’re looking for a proactive Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React and .NET to join a long-term project in the healthcare coordination domain. This role involves working on a live B2B web platform used by medical clinics to manage their operational workflows, view performance metrics, and dive into patient-level details.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and improve features using React and .NET
• Work closely with the PM and other developers to deliver value iteratively
• Build integrations with third-party medical platforms and services
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code and proactively propose improvements

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience with React
• Solid backend skills in .NET and C#
• Working knowledge of SQL Server
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Software Engineer
• Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js, Vercel, or Clerk
• Understanding of user roles and permission management
• Experience working on systems with real-time feedback from end users
• Interest in integrating AI-driven features into web applications
• Expirience with PCC, MatrixCare or others healthcare solutions
