Hi Alina, we’re really sorry to hear you’ve been unhappy with our recruitment process. We have received over 200 completed assignments for the designer position you’ve applied for. We take those assignments extremely seriously given the effort people put in and dedicate at least 1 hour per test assignment for our team to discuss, weigh pros and cons and ensure we have a proper review of the work done. Given the volume of applications, in this round alone we spent 3 weeks processing the test work and preparing feedback when it was requested. While we fully understand your frustration with the timelines, you have posted your feedback a mere 8 working days after submitting the assignment — not sufficient for us to fully and diligently process all of the applications received. We are however dedicated to continue improving this process and will continue to work on shortening the timelines and uplifting candidate experience going forward, including promptly communication beforehand how long the review process will take.
