I’m so upset with this company. A few weeks ago, I applied for a Venture consultant and almost instantly received a test assignment without any interview. Igor Shaverskyi, partner at Waveup led communication with me. The test assignment is quite complex, so he gave me one week to complete it. I met all deadlines and sent him back the solved assignment but didn’t receive any response. I followed him up in a week, but the result is the same. A person who spent one week passing the test deserves feedback even if it’s wrong or didn’t meet their expectations.
I don’t highly recommend you to waste your time with this company.

Once the process was complete, we have reached out to all unsuccessful candidates with the feedback. Please note we also offered to have a call with the partner and provide personal one-on-one feedback, which is not something we always do. We highly appreciate your time in replying and doing the test assignment, and will ensure going forward we also give our candidates more intermediate coms to know where they are standing in the process.
