System Administrator (вакансія неактивна)

Waverley Software is looking for a System Administrator to join our Lviv office. This position is highly dependent on office facilities, so you will be expected to work from the office most of the time, however, remote work will be possible from time to time as well. Requirements:

• Experience of working as a system administrator for 2-3 years
• Deep knowledge of operating systems (Mac OS, Windows, Linux)
• Deep knowledge of networking, protocols (IP, DNS, DHCP, IPSEC, etc.) and hardware (routers, switches, access points, firewalls, ACS)
• Experience in using Git
• At least basic knowledge of AWS
• Understanding of the Service Desk concepts
• Experience in using MDM solutions, preferably Mac-centered
• At least Pre-Intermediate English level

Responsibilities:

• Setup and management of user workstations (mostly Macbooks, some Windows PCs)
• Local and remote IT Support
• Managing cloud services (Google Workspace, Atlassian stack, some other)
• Managing office network and equipment
• Managing the IT Asset Inventory
• Managing user access to certain resources
• Hardware procurement and stock management
• Improving overall Information Security practices within the company
