Persha Studia, the Kyiv development branch of Wargaming, seeks a Client Engine Programmer to work on a World of Warplanes Project.
Excellent knowledge of C++
Good understanding of PC architecture (CPU, memory, cache, threading, etc)
Ability to solve problems across a variety of systems (ex. graphics, gameplay)
Taking an idea from start to finish on your own
Previous experience working with game engines and developing games
Experience with graphics systems (DirectX, OpenGL, Shaders)
Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tasks
Willingness to actively share knowledge throughout the team
Good to have experience with:
Prototyping, and able to quickly sketch out ideas before diving into implementation
Using multiple game engines and tools
Experience in any scripting language (Python, LUA, JS, some DSL)
Take part in full-cycle development of a large-scale MMO projectGain valuable working experience, while interacting with gamedev professionals of different trades (game designers, artists, programmers, etc.)
