HR & relocation specialist (вакансія неактивна)

As an HR Administrator you will be providing HR support and improving the employees experience within the company, providing the most effective and comfortable new employee relocation to Kyiv, and overseeing the necessary paperwork for foreign employees.

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years experience as HR Administrator, HR Specialist, or similar in an international or large Ukrainian company
• Experience in HR records in companies with 100+ employees and good knowledge of Ukrainian employment legislation

• Experience with HR systems and an ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new software products
• Experience in obtaining work permits and other paperwork for foreign employees, as well as basic knowledge of Ukrainian migration legislation
• Self-discipline, attention to detail, planning skills, and an ability to work with a large number of tasks in a rapidly changing environment
• Readiness to help, flexibility, and willingness to look for the best individual and systemic solutions for the company and its employees
• Proficiency in English sufficient for business correspondence, written Russian and Ukrainian language skills
• Completed higher education

What Will You Do?

• Maintain personnel records (certain areas), obtain signed documents, prepare reports, enter information on employees into our HR systems
• Prepare employment permits for foreign employees with the support of a partner law company
• Advise new foreign employees on various issues related to paperwork and relocation to Ukraine
• Complete and keep up to date sections regarding HR policies and information resources for employee relocation on the internal web portal

• Advise company employees on all issues related to company HR and administrative processes

This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work in the office (Podil neighborhood) 3–4 times a week On other days, when there is no need to prepare and get documents signed, you can work remotely Business hours: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (flexible)
